This Unit has been in existence but non functional from the inception has now been made functional and tests for Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C is now being carried out since the month of April 2009 for the General Patients.

Steps taken:-

• To introduce testing facilities like Hepatitis D and E. In this regard, IDSP may provide a Microbiologist on contractual basis from their end alongwith required equipments and consumables
